The ball room was once again in great finery, decked to the nines in the best Christmas finery the Dressing Room could offer.
There was even a huge tree encompassing half of the ball room, sparkling in silver, golds, and beautiful, twinkling lights.
The buffet was loaded with steaming food and treats, trailing along one wall.
Music already filled the hall, welcoming the guests through the doors.

For anyone completely, utterly clueless... have some Ballroom etiquette and dancing examples As for posting, it's your call how to thread, but to make it a little more organized, you can always place in the subject line where you are. Example: You can place 'Food Tables,' or 'On the Dance Floor,' or 'By Sound System,' or 'Dancing with __________' if you want a public thread. If there's plot movement going on and want a thread private to only a few people, you could put down 'Whispering in corner with ____________ [private]'.
