1) OMFG SNOW HOW ARE YOU SO ADORABLE????? Adorable whilst holding eggs! Adorable whilst hiding! Adorable whilst smoothing your skirt! Adorable whilst "aw"-ing! ADORABLE ALL AROUND. HOW????
2) CLOAKS OF PRETTY!!! DO WANT. I loved Red's cloak, it was all swirly and foreboding and awesome, but I really covet Snow's embroidered cloak. I should have guessed from the promo I'd have major clothes envy.
3) HOLY SHIT I LIKED THAT BACKSTORY!!!! THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL DAMN BACKSTORY. I really, REALLY loved the fact they didn't shy away from the fact that she was EATING her BOYFRIEND and there was A LOT OF SUSPICIOUSLY BLOODY BITS LYING AROUND. And her Granny? Is a fucking badass. I'm a bit disturbed by the hinted "then he returned and turned me"? ...that doesn't sound very consensual.
I also found it interesting that Ruby/Red's "real world" storyline was all about figuring out who she was and what she could do without any romantic plotlines. Fuck yes, ladies get stuff done.
