[Romana's device is apparently left on the TARDIS main console pionted at the door, but the Time Lady herself is occasionally seen moving back and forth, adjusting levers, switches and dials. With a familiar sound, the TARDIS arrives at its destination and an exhausted Romana heads towards the door.]
You won't take any data I input, you won't listen to me, or Donna, or Rose or anyone else. Perhaps you'll listen to the City itself.
[She opens the door to reveal that they're inside the Hall of the Missing, squarely in front of the Doctor's image. She takes a few steps out and looks back inside toward the console and the recording device.]
The Doctor is... gone. You will find him nowhere in the City save for this image, the City's testament to his former existance here.
[Her face is tired, heartbroken, but resolute.]
I am the only child of Gallifrey left. The only one, the last, and no amount of your searching here will change that.
[The doors snap shut in Romana's startled face, and you can hear her pounding on the door and trying to turn the handle. The TARDIS stars up and begins to dissolve around the recording device. At the TARDIS finally disappears, the device clatters to the ground. Romana quickly appears above, picking up the device and entering a sequence of keystrokes. She waits, enters the sequence again, and then a third time.]
Shit.
[The video cuts out.]
