This City certainly has an... odd way to deal with things sometimes, but I wonder about the efficacy of such a decisive measure when the City's been recently exploring codifying it's legal system and strengthening it's overall legal and police systems.

Also if anyone has readings from the chemical composition of the smoke from last week, I'd like to see a copy of the data. I'm curious to know if it was a common insecticide or if it was customized by the Deities in any way.
