Midge hair?
I have a vintage Midge head, with buzz cut. Lovely child to do this. :) I do not really like Midge much. I prefer Barbie. But I bought the doll only to get the Town Togs dress (no not the new one, but previous one). The head sat on a very badly beaten up Skipper body. That body is beyond help. (torn pieces, deep chew/cuts, visible bone)
But Midge head on Skipper body? Don't ask me. :D
I thought, why not reroot the head, she would feel a little better and mother's Swirl Barbie would get a better looking friend but still body-less.. they could swap body!.
The original hair is some kind of vintage red hair... But, I am free for new colors that will suit Midge and to make her "pop"! Or should I stick to original color. hmm.
But when I compared her face to vintage Midge faces I think that she's got smaller dots on freckles compared with the vintage ones? Hmm. You can barely see the freckles on the photo.
I have to figure out which type of hairdo she did have.
