I email someone with a question.
And the person replies with a request of me calling him/her by phone as "it is easier". Why have your email address at first?

In latest case I replied and explained that I am deaf and that's why I prefer emails.
Worst are these companies that enter an email address at their novel website and then does not understand that they need to read emails aswell! *hate hate*
