Day II of getfit@mit or Mneme: I'm Going To Drop Atleast One Dress Size Before Senior Ball.

*makes fist* THIS WEIGHT WILL BE GONE!!
I'm currently making an effort to workout for atleast 60 minutes a day or 6 days out of 7. I'm aiming for weight training 2 to 3 times a week.
Along with the exercise, I'm also making a effort to eat healthier as well. Hopefully, I can keep this up during the semester.
This means no white potatoes.
No bread or bread by products except like once in a blue moon (or once a month).
I'm not completely giving up white rice since have 5 bags of different kinds of rice (including brown), but I will eat it with fibrous things, like lentils etc.
More water.
Less juice or if I have juice it's will be grapefruit juice, once a week.
More water.
Eat a wider variety of vegetables.
More water...this is a slight trend T_T
