The 4th of July Post! - 25th post
This morning, my dad woke me and my brother up reeeally early to go to the beach. Suprisingly, there were people (and their dogs) on the beach at 7 am in the morning o-O I got to pick up shells while my brother and my dad watched me. When we got home, though, and while I was washing the sand off of one of the larger shells, there was this squishy...thing. O__O It looked like it was stuck to the shell, and I think it moved a little. So I threw that shell away.
Anyway, after the beach trip, we went to the Village Inn, this great restuarant that just happened to be opened. The food was delicious ^^ I had 3 pieces of their French Toast, some bacon and a little bit of eggs. My brother ate one of my strips of bacon, then dumped his eggs onto the same plate as my scrambled eggs, making me lose my appetite for the res of my eggs (Picky of me, I know).
But what I loved most was the fact that they refilled my chocolate milk! I mean, not many places I've gone to does that with milk (they usually just give you a glass of water after your first glass of chocolate milk). But the waitress actually refilled it 3 times ^^ *dork for counting)
In about 10 minutes, me, my dad and my brother (mom's still in Cali) are gonna watch the Hot Dog Eating Contest :D It'll be so fun!
