Author's Notes: This started as an answer to the "Five Things" meme going around, and thus answers the
farscapefriday challange.
1.
She thinks she would have liked to have seen Earth. Even the false version the others saw. John spoke so lovingly of his home, a place of warm rain and green growing things everywhere... even Aeryn's description was breathtaking.
2.
John's is not the only planet she longs for, though, far from it. She still mourns the loss of a way home to Delvia - though she knows now that the price was far too high, even if the map had been genuine. Pilot's forgiveness is more astonishing to her than that of the goddess' and she is so very grateful to have them both.
3.
More than her homeland, however, she wishes she could at least know for certain, one way or the other if her father was alive. Even if it would only mean she could safely chant the rites of mourning for him.
4.
The largest reason she wishes for her home and family is because of the biggest thing she wishes she could have done. To enter a temple of the goddess again, preferably that of Clan Zotoh - and present her mate, formally. They would never approve, and perhaps it is their shocked faces she misses most.
5.
No... there is one thing she regrets more. She knows it to be most likely impossible. She understood and accepted this, and she knows Stark did as well. But still, as her health fades and her death nears, she sometimes weeps that there will never even be the chance for a tiny, soft blue child, with golden light shining from within.
I had the same title issures here I had with "Love Life" but I really like what I came up with to fix it here better.
