My Last Official Sin City Ramble... I Promise!

Damn, I hate being sick. I am just not good at laying down and letting myself be sick... *sighs* Anyway, I ignored my strep-throat and mild laryngitis and went to Sin City last night. And, oh, the discomfort was completely worth it!

Where does Miller appear in it? I missed that. I think Quentin Tarantino appears in it, too (he's hanging upside down from a dinosaur, I believe). Jackie-boy's talking corpse was probably my favorite part- the changes in his voice were seemless. Marv is awesome, but I fell for Hartigan. *points to icon*

*shrieks best high school valley-girl OMG!!* The talking dead Gonzo-esque Benicio head is definitely the best part! *laughs* Jackie-boy and Hartigan, especially, were awesome, too! (nice icon, by the way, it's very spiff!) Hmm, I guess I just have a thing for guys who just won't die ^^ And Frank Miller was the priest in the confessional that Marv 'confesses' to.

And Paul Giamatti is love... I loved him in American Splendor as well. He's genius ^^

Hey, I'm the same way ^^ But, unfortunately, I don't have all of the comics... *sighs*. The soundtrack is so amazing; the opening track is perfect for Harvey (wonder if he consulted on the film's music?!). Hey, was it you that was looking for the Sin City theme song? I forget. Anyway, if it was, the song's by The Servant and is called "Cells". ^_^

Yeah, I actually did miss it... *runs off to take a look see* Oh, coolness! ^_^ And that's really weird, 'cause I hassled one of my friends into agreeing to drawing some fanart of Scar as Hartigan just the other day. Ahh, ESP is so annoying (and I so wish there was a way to convey sarcasm properly in written word) ^_~
