We bought a house!
I'm so shocked. We walked in and we looked at it, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, beautiful (will be) back yard, in a nice neighborhood. Big lot, fireplace, great roof, new everything! Cabinets, toilets, shower/tubs, sinks, plumbing, carpet linoleum... And we can afford it!
It was bought by an investor at a foreclosure and remodeled. Wow.
Johnny said "Let's buy it". All I could think was: "It's about time".
