I'm glad I'm not the only one who's so happy about this. When I saw that suit, I freaked. Big time. I sat there for probably a solid two minutes yelling "Oh my God!" over and over, occasionally mixing it up with fangirlish squeals or "I knew it!" or "I was right!" And no... not kidding. I remembered that it had come out yesterday in the shower this morning, and I was going to just post it for everyone else and wait to read it until after class... but then I went and just quickly glanced through a few pages, saw Tony and Maria, and decided I had to read it and I could just drive instead of take the trolley... and then I saw it. And it made my day. :-)
I'm not loving the design of the suit, though (although the gratuitous boobs Tony added in amuse me to no end and don't surprise me one bit). Mostly it's the head and neck that bug me (I mean, really, it has hair). And the color. Not digging the matchy-matchy stuff with Tony's suit. Of course, this is coming from someone who was

Oh I was *definately* predictng this one. I said for months now that if she gets a suit of her own, then I have a new favorite superhero! hehe. I squealed so much when I found out it was true. And to happen like this?! I so agree with 4persephone. This means way more than sex coming from Tony. I so can't wait until they get to talk again. It's going to be amazing

You're writting a fanfic about it?! OMG, I can't wait! Smallville just dissapointed me to no end...no, it devastated me and I really need to find some good T/P fanfiction to get my mine off it. But I need to find some NOW! lol
I'm going with Iron Angel for my fic... once it ever gets written. The idea has actually been sitting in my head since a few weeks after I first saw the movie. I was hoping to get it written over the summer, but that didn't happen, and then unfortunately, my muse warmed up to the idea of Pepper having her own arc reactor, and eventually insisted that I make that happen first, so now I have to write BOTH fics... and God only knows how long that'll take. :(
But I so hope that they make this a long-term deal. **fingers crossed**
