The Birds
It seems we've been invaded at work. There are two different flocks of birds currently claiming the territory by my office--namely the fields right in front of and next to my shop. Now I'm not talking a dozen birds, I'm talking a flock of geese and a flock of seagulls that are each over one hundred birds. This morning the geese were on the ground and the seagulls were just hovering and circling--it was eerie--right out of Hitchcock. They are a nuisance and are making a mess. It's only a matter of time before someone greases a goose with their car...yesterday they came up into our front parking lot. If they don't fly away soon I'm tempted to get the DNR involved. Does anyone want goose for Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner?
