Internet Survey

Internet chatrooms and singles sites (Lavalife, Adult Match.com, etc) need to be more tightly policed so that people are not deliberately mislead by false details such as old/ false photos, covering up their true age, lying about their marital status, past criminal records, etc.

Male

Do you believe people can fall in love over the internet?
Yes

Have you ever had a ‘cyber relationship’ (been in a relationship with someone you met over the internet)
Yes

If so, where did you meet them?
Chat room Dating site (i.e. Lavalife) Forum/ message board
Chatroom

If not, do you think you ever would?

Why/ Why not?
You get to learn more about the person without the same restraints of a physical meeting, downside is you angst because you don't get to see them much/often/or at all.

What do you think of people in internet relationships/ relationships that started on the internet?
Whatever floats their boat Loser Other-__Good on them.
If its a real relationship good on em, if its just cybersex, whatever floats their boat loser..

An American company is developing a service to check out the history of anyone who signs up to a dating site, in order to make sure that everything they say they are is true. (For a fee, of course) Do you think this is a good idea?
Yes

Do you think that having a ‘cyber affair’ while already in a relationship counts as infidelity?
Yes

If no, would you care if you found out your partner was having a ‘cyber affair’ behind your back?
FUCK YES! THATS FUCKING LOW

Statistics show that the internet is fast becoming the most common form of infidelity, if it isn’t already. Does this shock you?
No

Why/ Why not?
there's no real restraint as to what a person can do on the internet, theres no real boundaries or risks of running into people you really know... hence theres a level of freedom on the internet that you wouldnt otherwise come to expect elsewhere

PWNED!
