Who went at the BBQ to get their lock early? I did. All of my friends did. Well.
Apparently they've gone and cut every single lock on the top floor. I heard this nasty little rumor first from Melissa, and then from Emma, who confirmed it. She went to the school and got stopped by that fat jackass janitor guy. He was like, "Stop, where are you going?" and she was like, "I want to check if my lock got cut off or not." and apparently he replied, "Oh...I already cut them all."
Now, excuse me, but...
WTF???!!!
I mean, like HALF of frigging Eastview went early to get their lockers, and they cut ALL OF THEM? He said that the school will replace all the locks, but really, like that's going to happen? That's about 1000+ locks.
Now.
The reason why most of us went to get our locker early was to save us the stress on the first day, right? I mean it's bad enough that we have to wait and see who our teachers are and when we have our classes. We have no time to prepare. Now they want us to memorize and entirely new combination on top of all this. But what if they don't give us the locks first thing? What are we supposed to do with all our shit? Lug it around with us? Dump it in our preferred locker and hope that no one steals it?
So they want us to that, along with wading in the library among 3/4ths the population of Eastview trying to get our schedule, finding out what classes we have, finding where those classes are, getting to those classes...
ALL BEFORE FRIGGING 8 AM.
I am SO pissed off.
...So, anyone want to help me sabotage the principal's office? Either way, I'm still making a guidance appointment and complaining. LOUDLY.
