There have been some uncomfirmed reports about zanpakutou spirits spontaneously manifesting to their owners since Saturday the 25th. This has also happened to me: Kawagami appeared in the administrative office again this morning. It has occasionally taken visible form in my presence before this trouble started.
However, this time Fifth Seat Fuyutsuki Ayame was with me when Kawagami appeared. I impressed upon her to keep quiet until further investigation could be conducted, but the fact remains: she was able to see and hear my sword spirit as clearly as I could. This seems to me a new, and significant development.
I respectfully suggest an official investigation be opened immediately.
