To All In the Eighth Division: The Captain-Commander has already issued a general order regarding the recent acts of vandalism. All in the Eighth Division will comply with it immediately. Any libelous material discovered on the premises is to be turned in to the Administrative Office without delay.
The Eighth will not endorse nor tolerate this kind of unlawful behaviour, nor the sentiment of mistrust and division that it seeks to foster. As per Commander Ukitake's order, leniency will only be considered if the perpetrators report in in person and within the time frame given. Additional punishment will be decreed by Captain Kyouraku and myself.
