I would like to propose that a classified record of the recent events be compiled for further reference. It is important that we have an official account of situations such as this, in the unlikely event that such a disturbance occurs again.
The changes to our legal system that have been instigated by Aizen Sousuke are not yet codified, but this sets a precedent for cases where a Gotei officer has come under suspicion.

It would perhaps also be beneficial to have a recorded testimony from you, sir, as well as Kurosaki-san and Muguruma-san about your time and any observations you may have made in the King's Realm. Any new information would be valuable.
