I do not wish to sound alarmist, but I appear to have misplaced a folder of records holding information that could be compromising if the seals on it are breached. This would require skill, as any mistake in opening the seals will result in the prompt destruction of the folder's contents. However, such a feat is not outside the realm of possibility.
It is a standard folder, such as any division might use to hold files. If you are familiar with my reiatsu signature, the seals will have a discernible trace of it. I am certain I had the records with me when I visited the Great Archive yesterday evening. This puts the time of disappearance between midnight and seven AM this morning, and the location between the Great Archive and my personal quarters.
I would be most grateful for any assistance in the return of the records. I have hope they will simply be returned to the division, but I cannot rule out the possibility of deliberate theft.
