I made what has become a much asked for sweet I make tonight. So I thought I'd take pictures [step-by-step] and what-not for a change :D

Original Recipe:
via Mary Sheirden
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 coconut (opitional)
2 cups Rice Krispies
Mix all together, and roll into balls. Melt in a double boiler 2 tbsp or more para-wax add one package of chocolate chips.
What I Do:
Toss together 1 cup icing sugar, and 2 cups Rice Krispies in a bowl.
Mix in 1 cup smooth peanut butter, and 1 tbsp margarine--
--with my hands.
It is rather messy [but it doesn't mix as well with a spoon and it risks crushing the rice crisps]
Roll into small balls [D:], and place on trays covered in wax-paper.
Then melt about 2/3 cup of bittersweet chocolate chips [*secret* and a pinch of table salt ;P *secret*] in a double boiler or in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Then I coat each ball in chocolate using a semi-tricky duel spoon method.
Set in fridge to cool until chocolate has hardened [I find setting in a cool place makes the coating shinier/nicer than letting harden at room temp' (which is odd because my experience with chocolate has been that chilling it makes it cloudy and/or gritty)]
Ta-da!~♪
I took this to play with my camera's Macro setting :P Doesn't it look cool~ :D
