Love knows no limits - Teaser
I said that I would post a teaser for the sequel of Love Needs no Words.
So I'm (kind of) proud to present you a little part of Love Knows no Limits.
“HELP!”
Siwon’s eyes shot up, looking at the horizon, wondering who called out like that. Looking to his friend beside him, he found out that the other one wasn’t bothered at all.
“Have you heard it? Someone screaming for help?”
“No, I haven’t… I’m rather busy pushing the girls away from you…”
The poor guy was indeed dealing with the ladies for a whole hour each time Siwon came here. Siwon tried to deal with them only once… and he almost lost his clothes.
“Hyuk, I’m serious, I heard someone!”
He was on his feet quickly, looking all around once more, but there were so many people. He had a bad feeling about all this… what was this impression of having his heart squeezed?
“HELP!”
“Hyuk, I heard it again, stop being oblivious!”
“And you, stop being paranoiac, come on, it’s probably children playing! I haven’t heard this one either.”
As he rolled his eyes in annoyance, Siwon spotted something in the water… a hand.
Someone was clearly fighting against the waves, trying to get back to the surface.
Please… help me…!
It took no time for the tall Korean to run at full speed into the water, swimming to reach the person who was on the edge of drowning. He had wowed not to let anyone drown after those fateful events marked in his memory, and he couldn’t fail when he was on the edge of saving someone from that horrible fate.
He finally reached the person and grabbed his hand, forcing the person to get back to the surface. His ears let him hear the “ooh”s and “aah”s from the improvised audience on the shore. But he had no time to formalise himself with that. Quickly he carried the person back to safety. Hyukjae was waiting there with a towel. Siwon could see the shame in his eyes, but he had no time to think about that either. He took the towel and wrapped the person in it. That is when he saw those features that his heart stopped and his breath hitched.
Was he having premonitions again? He saw him drown in his dreams!
Suddenly tears welled up in his eyes and he clutched the trembling body to him. He heard the coughs, felt the salt water being spitted on his shoulders, but somehow, as long as he heard him breathe, he didn’t care about the rest.
“It’s alright, Geng… It’s alright…”
