A New Low
My shame of the day:
While enjoying a late breakfast with the boyfriend today at a little restaurant, I totally farted. Loudly. Right there at the table while enjoying my meal.
I immediatly turned bright red, and started laughing, hoping to God that the people at the neighbouring table hadn't heard me.
The funniest part of the whole terrible situation was my boyfriend's expression. Now, we've been together for about fourteen wonderful months, and we've been living together since last July. We have farted in each other's presence many times.
However, the sudden and unexpected nature of the fart, coinciding with our public surroundings, caused my boyfriend's face to twist into a hillarious expression. It was equal parts "That's hysterical", "That's gross", and "I can't bring you anywhere".
God, I'm so classy.
