  • Y'all really do talk a lot! ;) A girl is away for a couple of days and there's pages & pages of stuff to catch up on. I'm really trying to be better, but it's hard!

My mom and I were talking a little bit about this last night. Both she and I [and you as I remember from our talks] are not ones to get behind labor disputes, unions, strikes, etc. However, we do feel that the Networks are stupid and should give the writers what they want. We don't get why it isn't over yet. Why they aren't remembering the last strike and how much it cost. There is plenty of money to be made by everyone - even by giving the writers what they want.

It's ridiculous that they are that greedy AND stupid. In this day and age - nearly everyone is online. Nearly everyone knows more about the day to day running and run-ins of Hollywood. It isn't like 1988 when we didn't know. We have YouTube, blogs, online web magazines and newspapers.

The average Joe's like me - the very meat and potatoes of the TV and movie industry - KNOW what is really going on now. And we're behind the writers.

The execs need to get smarter and quickers - and give the SGA what they want. And then move on.

Go Jennie! Go Mel! And Cameron [for the finals..!]

And yeah..did you see that I've been posting a lot too..?! heeeee

It's just stupid, really. I mean they write stuffit's delivered to an audience for profit, so they should get paid. Not hard to understand.
