I talked to my girls
scout27 &
slave2tivo last night after Everwood, which was good; since I had been introduced to the show lying on the floor @
slave2tivo's house last September. I cursed The CW every time their schitzo ad came on, seriously what about those ads would make anyone want to watch their network. If it weren't for Gilmore Girls I would boycott, I'm not that wedded to VM. And I bawled at the end, cause Everwood is was just that good. I promised
scout27 I wouldn't post till this morning since I was in such a bad mood last night, but I will miss you Bright Abbott, and I will miss you Ephram Brown....
I'll start with my bad mood,
- I HATED the way they ended Nina & Andy, which is very sad. I've wanted them together since I watched my first episode and they were dancing at the wedding. That alone is enough to hate the CW for. Nina didn't choose Andy, she got dumped by Jake. Which would have been fine if there were another season, but since they wanted to have Andy happy at the end they had to rush things. And I no likey!
- I also wasn't all that fond of how they ended Edna's story, I didn't get the idea she needed to move in with Harold & Rose, that was odd. I also hadn't realized all season that she's Harold's mom. HAHA! Hello! But that just felt off, not something that pissed me off like Andy & Nina.
- I knew from the moment the one gal was telling Doc Abbot that things were off with her that was how he & Rose were going to get their baby. Very sweet.
- Andy & Dehliah were so cute, and I loved what Andy said, it was so true, and yet sad as well. We won't get to see their troubles. :(
- Ephram & Andy were so adorable! He got a haircut! Heee! Since Ephram's hair at the beginning of the season was not of God!
- LOVED the Bright & Hannah ending. Things shouldn't be resolved between them, what had happened recently was too big for that. But they're in a pretty good place and we know they're going to find their way back to one another. LOVED!
- ZOMG KAT!!
scout27 & I totally didn't recognize her either! But both of us were all, we know who that is, but who the hell is she?!!?!?!? I still haven't seen last week, so yeah. HAHA! Kat! She was better as Stephanie.
- I totally bawled at the final scene of Ephram & Amy, loved the montage which made it all work. I've liked, not like Sarah & Shawna who have the history with them, Ephram & Amy from the postcard scene, so I was smiling and crying at the end. Really loved this.
Overall I really enjoyed the episodes, and I'm going to MISS this show. Like
scout27 said yesterday, nothing I've read about for fall sounds interesting to me.
