OK so I really dug everything about this episode. Michael's motivation was guilt, not just about Lincoln having given him his life, but he was going to sleep with Veronica till he got that call from Linc. Veronica might be motivated by the same thing as well. Sara, that was crazy, she's the most screwed up of them. Really explains why her father doesn't trust her opinion. He's got reason & cause not to. Bellick really is jealous of Michael, HA! Sucre's been screwed all along by his slimey cousin. T-Bag was creepier in street clothes than he might have ever been in his prison uniform. That was DISCONCERTING!
Only storyline I didn't get into was the C-Note one. After the publicity of Abu Graihib & Gitmo no the army isn't perfect, but they haven't tried to cover up their abuses. People have been prosecuted for their crimes. Plus the crap they pulled while stupid and uncalled for, wasn't electrocuting anyone. Anyway, I think of everyone I feel the most sorry for him. Even including Lincoln.
I don't get why the VP's brother allowed himself to be used like this, what's in it for him. It's not like being the president's brother is going to do anything for him if he's dead. Also don't get the connection between the VP & tweedle dee. But color me much more intrigued than I was before tonight by that end of the storyline.
Everwood
OMG ANDY!!! *cries* That's about all I have to say about this show tonight, but ANDY!! He needs a hug & Nina needs a kick in the head!
24
Main reason I have little to say about Everwood is my head is swimming from what happened on 24 tonight. I mean I've hated Logan from the moment he assumed office. But THIS?!?!?!?! I do NOT get what the hell is going on. Logan is trying to start a war? He deliberately tried to kill the Premiere of Russia? Martha?? He killed President Palmer? Man he needs to be more than hit, someone needs to off him@! My head isn't wrapping around this at ALL! I knew from an interview with Joel Surnow I heard this past week that there was a significant Logan development/developments this week, but THIS?!?!?! Never would have guessed this! I don't get where the VP fits in all this? He's just a red herring? A HUGE red herring?
The rest of the episode rocked hard! Jack, Aaron, Wayne, Evelyn, it was all awesome. I felt bad for Audrey & especially for Bill. But that all brings me back to what the hell really happened? The DHS people are answering directly to President Logan? The martial law decision? I'm utterly confused. Of all the crazy twist & turns of this season, this was the most surprising. THE MOST! SO CONFUSED! But in a good way! OMGWTF IS GOING ON!?!?!
Jack & Wayne the sidekick were utterly hot! I mean very, very hot! In the vein of being shallow and pointless, a poll:
Poll hottest sidekick combo?
