drinks and more drinks
Wahahaha i dunno what was up with last week...2 days of outing which had alcohol in it. Okay it's nowhere as near as some of my more happening peeps who drink almost religiously, but still i haven't touch alcohol for a looong time. I dun drink much, never gotten drunk before, and am a shot-virgin(dubbed by miss carys).
Okay last friday nite, i met up with some of my j-class peeps at Clarke Quay to go pubbing. It was fun, altho it did end abit early. Haha damn i got dolled up for the outing too! Ahhhh Clarke Quay was damn packed as it was a friday and Oktober Fest as well so we had a damn hard time finding a not-so-crowded bar. Luckily we managed to get one but their drinks are soooooooo diluted. I was almost wondering if there's any alcohol in it at all! I'm not saying i want a full blown hard liquor drink but i want my Cosmopolitan to at least taste more like a cocktail rather than a soda. Bleh!
Adeline invited one of her japanese fren with her and he bought another japanese fren. So it was quite nervous for us initally to try talking to 2 Japanese men. Hahah they noe english but they tried to converse with us in japanese and our japanese sucks so yahhhh...can u imagine how nervous we were to tok to them!!!!! =_=" Adeline's fren was more mature whereas the younger guy was obviously a play-boy type. I mean the way he chatted girls up when he went for a smoke just tells me loads abt him(ok i assume loads). But both of them are nice. Hahah for some reason they kept mentioning that i look young. Erm...ok i'm taking that as a compliment~! XD
Heehee they said i'm 可愛い...wah shy lah! LOL! *blushes*
Other than that, i didn't drink anything else other than stealing a few sips from Cary's Barcadi and the German beer that she and Wee Jin bought. Surprisingly German beer tastes...kinda diluted. Very watery and not strong compared to the smelly beer Singaporeans like to drink. Ugh!
Then yesterday Nad invited me to her place for Hari Raya. Oooppsss i forgot to mention to all my Muslim frens a big Selamat Hari Raya!!!! Sorry i'm a tad late! Hope you guys had fun stuffing yourself with the delicious food and quays!
And i didn't miss out either! Yay i got to eat yummy food and snacks at Nad's place! And we played Taboo with her frens that visited as well. Then at night, her mom ordered pizza for us and gave meifeng and me drinks! As in ALCOHOLIC DRINKS!
Seriously, nad's mom is the only mom i noe who does that! Cool huh? Haha! She made us Vodka with Sprite or Pepsi and i had 3 glasses! That makes it roughly equivalant to a glass of vodka worth. Woot! That was the FIRST time i felt a tad bit tipsy. Not the totally smashed singing-and-speaking-loudly-while-puking tipsy but a little dizzy tipsy. That was prob the closest i ever gotten drunk. Almost but not quite there. Still her mom was so cute, keep "cheers" with us and calling us her daughters. LOL! And i'm happy to report i hold my liquor well enuf. My face didn't go super red nor did i act in any way that seems like i was intoxicated. And her dear mom even gave us money to take cabs home since we did stay till almost 11. We even bought our glasses down as we waited for cabs. PLUS we got a bit of a massage from her mom. I swear her mom's head massage RAWK!!! I was feeling sorta drowsy and lazy, and after a round of her magic fingers, *POOF* i'm much more alert! Wahhh shiok!!!!!!

So it didn't take much persuasion for me to sleep last night. After washing up and stuff(and walking a bit slantedly), it was snoozeville for me. Hoho! Noe i just need to get rid of my shot virginity! (that sounded...really wrong) ^__^
