Wow. Three days since my last post. Weird. Usually I do this every 18 hours :P Of course, that's also because It's been snowing and I drink too much coffee to hibernate as much as I'd like. (Stupid wonky sleep schedule) Anyway, it's actually been pretty nice lately, so I've been out of the house, getting the holiday shopping done. This year it'll be pretty minimal, family only since I lack a job.
Anyway, I got most of that taken care of. I can't wait to see the look on Dad's face when he gets that Todd McFarlane Ryan Sandberg figure I got him. Dylan, Rick Jodi, Mom and the brother units were pretty easy to shop for too, Raiders stuff or anything with Dragons. Gods I love my family :D We rawk. Shopping for them is like shopping for me, the only stores I ever have to visit are Hot Topic and Barnes and Noble, lol.
Speaking of, I did kind of indulge and treated myself not only to a few Forgotten Realms books ( The Blackstaff and Swords of Eveningstar, and the Anotated Elminster) but also got myself a freaking sweet Tamagotchi, a vintage one. You know, the ones that came out in the 90's. Oh yeah. I'm that big a nerd.
And and and and I've got a new comic coming...eventually. The actual release date is up int he air, but it's the latest Worlds of Dungeons and Dragons comic and it's got The Great HUnt by ELaine Cunningham. How cool is that? Seriously, I cannot wait to see how they adapted this one, it's gotta be one of my favorite short stories evaaarrrr. I suppose it hels that Elaith Craulnober is a prominant character too :-P I just hope they give him a little dignity and he gets to wear his trademark black and a hairstyle other than that weird fwoopidy do they gave him in the campaign setting. Here's hoping!

Arylin Moonblade, who first appeared in Elfshadow by Elaine Cunningham. She is made of win. DOn't ask me why she's smirking, I dunno. Either way, it probably isn't good news for someone.
