I've been meaning to post this picture for a while, so I might as well use it for this. There are good rookies and bad rookies. Victor Hedman strikes me as a good rookie, and this picture proves me right. A good rookie wants to learn and knows to be quiet and absorb everything anyone wants to show him and doesn't think he knows more than a guy that's been doing this for longer than him.
