The Penguins didn't deserve it. Say whatever you want, they didn't. They're not the better team. They don't have the better goalie. They don't have the more skilled forwards. They sure as hell don't have better defence. It doesn't make sense that they would win. And furthmore, Evgeni wasn't the MVP, if you have to pick a Penguin, I would pick Talbot or Scuderi. Not flashy, but they actually played well. Evgeni wasn't that impressive. But it's got to be a name, doesn't it?
And most of all I HATE that Hal won it with them. Hate it so much I can't even tell you. I hate that they won at all, but I hate more that Hal won his first with them. I should be happy for him that he did win, but I'm not. He's a Bruin and he should have won it with us. I hate it. I hate that Billy won it without Dougie. I hate the Petr won it there. They all made me cry. And I hate that Mark isn't there, because he should be. As much as I love that Mark plays for us now, he should be there with them. I hate this whole thing so much. I think the icon is so fitting.
And my Red Wings? You did all you could. See you next season.
