In case you don't have ladyaugustana on your flist, I had to share this conversation that made me laugh so much. After this amazingly craptastic week that I've had, the laugh was the best thing for me.
Also? Actual conversation that I had with Cam and Jason last night during the Devils/Blackhawks, [...]:
Cam: Uhhh, are they... I mean, do you slash them?
Jason: Who?
Cam: Brodeur and Rolston.
Me: Oh, *snickers* Yeah, [they're] kinda an OTP.
Cam: But... [you're] a Rangers fan. You can't like, have a Devils... OT whatever it was you called it.
Jason: When [they're] that obvious that you notice them Cam, you so totally can.
Cam: ....Ya'know? Kane and Toews? [They're] kinda that obvious....
Me: *Snickering again* [They're] cute, but Kane's taken.
Cam: *splutters* Christ! How many do you slash?
Jason: Trust me Cam, you don't want to know. I mean, she knows more about gay sex than I do!
Cam: Okay... way way way to much info there Jase.
Me: *Smiling smugly* And I haven't gotten to Baseball yet.

We were the first people to write Brian and Marty. When they were on two different teams, in two different conferences. Three years ago. And now they're on the same team, being obvious to non-slashers. I can't express how happy that makes me.
Also that someone else knows Pat is taken. (*coughs*Caroline*coughs*)
