November 10th: Kaberle played mostly with Kubina, although he and McCabe were reunited for the power play. It didn't do anything, going 0-for-2. But he likes playing with McCabe.
"We feel comfortable together, we know where to stay," Kaberle says of playing with McCabe. "I think he feels the same way. But it (defence pairings) is at the discretion of coaches and they know what the plan is going to be."
He was also happy that McCabe scored the winner last night.
"He was itching to get back in the game," said Kaberle. "It's tough when you're injured, to watch and not play. He was fired up. He scored a goal, so it's a big jump for him." [Source]
I love D pairings, especially these two. I love they way they talk about each other. Coach really should keep them together, Bryan can't afford to not be comfortable.
