Summary: Arthur100 prompt "Knowledge & wisdom are the real power" on arphwoar.
Merlin had always thought that, while Arthur was the heir to a kingdom, he was the one with the real power. Now, he thought that Arthur had held it all along. Arthur had always had the knowledge of his secret. Arthur had always had the wisdom to look away. Arthur had held the power of Merlin’s life and death in his hands. Until this moment; when Arthur revealed his knowledge, and also bared his heart. Merlin finally understood that they were equals, as he stepped forward and showed his wisdom by accepting all that Arthur was and had always been.
A/N - I'm not entirely happy with this, but it mostly conveys what I wanted to say. I needed an extra 14 words!
