sigh...
I do not know why I'm so tired lately. I guess I haven't been feeling well. Work and going to school probably help that as well. I just know that I now don't normally wake up until eleven in the morning. I used to wake up at around 9:30 to 10 o'clock. It's worrying me slightly. Should I be this tired? It's not normal 'Oh, I need a nap." It's more like a bone, deep tired. Like I haven't slept in seven days.
I'm not quite sure what I want at college. The fact that I'm only taking two classes is kind of annoying. English and Japanese. What a combination... I really want to take another drawing class, but they all fell into the same time slot as Japanese... It rather makes me sad. The fact that the only time they had Honors English was on Tuesdays and Thursdays was annoying, as well. I prefer to have my classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays... It's annoying scrounging up quarters to get out of the parking lot.
I really like how my Japanese teacher teaches. Others may not like it, because he immediately started teaching us Hiragana. He's even incorporating the characters we've learned into what he writes on the board and in homework.
English is actually rather interesting. I'm in Honors so the class structure is a little more strict, and yet not so much as regular English. We did an essay to see what we need to work on grammar wise. She didn't say much of anything about that. I wonder if she's still going over them. I love to use commas. Not in major excess, but quite a few. We do more discussion than anything else.
Work has been interesting lately. I have been ordered to write an incident report on a customer who used her daughters discount card. Apparently, they want all their bases covered, because she threatened me and one of my assistant managers. "If anything happens to my daughter, I'm gonna sue you, and I'm gonna sue WalMart!" Yeah. She's one of those.
I did go to Ohayocon at the beginning of the year. It was a good time. I was tired through most of it so I wasn't as active as I normally am. I only took a few pictures, because most of them were repeats. Naruto. People, let it die. Or dress up from Shippuden. Great Shippuden costumes, but I didn't get to take pictures of them... I'll post pictures when I find my lovely USB-thing... It was great to see everyone!
The only thing that disturbed me, was all the GUYS dressed as Prince of Tennis characters. They were all TALL and dressed as RYOMA! I, sadly, only got my picture taken when I was Ryoma. Twice... I had my Karupin plush(a TY Peaches) a can of grape Fanta, and my red tennis racket. Mrgh... I'm guessing they only had newbies there... Stupid mainstream convention...
Our Musical panel was a success! It was simply titled, "There's a WHAT Anime Musical?" It intrigued both male and female alike. We had people standing... Most of the males liked BuriMyu. No surprise there. Air Gear Musical freaked most of them out... I didn't do SeraMyu justice though... Our panel was liked enough that they invited us back. That makes me happy!
Went to BD's Mongolian Barbecue. It was great! I loved the idea and the food was excellent! We liked it so much that we went to the one in Cleveland Heights for my sister's birthday. Happy B-day, Rae!
the_pillow, would you like to go there for your b-day? I'll treat you, of course! I'll try to get you something shiny at ACen, okay?
seleschan, I really miss you! I don't know if I'll make it down for Animazement, but I do want to visit you this year. *huggles*
