Project Runway Season 4
Bravo has been marathoning early seasons of PR, and I just finished watching the final elimination - remember, when the contestants had to whip up a bridesmaid dress to go with the required wedding dress?
I had liked Kenley's style back when I first saw this season, but as mi_nion pointed out, she was such a plagiarist! Looking at the similarity between her wedding dress and the McQueen model, I just can't understand why the judges let her get away with such sartorial ripping off - and of such a famous, well-known piece!
Was it even back then that the judges were selecting their contestants for their dramatic contributions? Kenley was such a pain in the ass and inspired real passion in the viewers - but hate is toxic and corrosive. Did it start there? The sacrifice of principle to popularity?
To completely change the subject, did anyone else see Supernatural's 200th episode? If you have to see one episode in the last four years, that's the one to see! It was really, really good. And the young women could sing - I actually have two of the songs stuck in my head.
