So, still doing the gym thing, amazingly I can now do a 10 minute mile on the elliptical (not the road or the treadmill). Breathing is good, I don't feel like I'm wheezing, heart rate is in a perfect zone. Running on the road/treadmill? I'm lucky if I can run for 2 minutes at about 4.5 miles/hour. Weight still isn't moving much, but the fat is now slowly beginning to disappear.
I can handle this.
Been doing yoga too, couple of times a week. Except this week. Pulled a muscle in my chest from hauling dirt & mulch around the yard, weeding, moving the stones under the maple tree to replace the garden weed sheet stuff (brain is tired.)
