elbow joys
So this morning the ulnar nerve in my left arm decided it wanted to be a nuisance. A big one. Even in the relaxed angle I could not get the nerve to stop tingling in my hand.
Soooo....off to Concentra. And after a discussion and exam, BACK into therapy, and off to a neurologist for testing. Testing for carpal tunnel to rule it out, but she is now working with me that the issue is IN MY ELBOW, not my wrist. Wrist isn't helping any, so she put me in a rigid brace to wear during the waking moments, light duty at work (this should be interesting), and we discuss what will happen after therapy and testing.
there will be NO cortisone shots. Sorry, but nobody is coming at me with a 15-gauge needle....
