Back nerve
I must have slept funny because this morning my sciatic is twitchy. Not dropping me on the floor twitchy (thank gods) but HI! I'm still here, haven't gone anywhere...heh heh heh.
*sigh* Can't step up the dancing yet as I just started again with the cooler mornings and am starting on an every other day routine for the next few weeks to get back into it. Then every day and then adding to it. But this morning it's hurting. Ah well. Off to work and get ready for the claims that should hammer the call center over the next few days.
