That's why I understand why you left. I could have left it the way it was but I made the choice to let the majority decided. I know this opens up a whole can of worms> I am going to give this a try, see how it goes and it it gets out of hand it's going back to the way it was.

I guarantee libs will attack members in their personal lj's it happened in one of my early communities

And When that happens I will address it. as you saw I already had a libby complaining becuase I did not accept their membership and they cry baby about in their personal jouranl, one reason I posted what they said in a locked post. To bring this issue to light.

I know it but they can also set their journals to friends only. I get harrasments through my LJ inbox

What I would have done is make it friends only by default and let the poster decide to make it public or not
