The first Divinities created by War were Life and Death. Life was given the task of forcing the creatures governed to respect death (the reality, not the Divinity) as well as to bring new creatures into the fold and thus, the conflict. The first Divinity given this task failed to be able to overcome the sorrow involved in birthing new beings into a world of conflict, and committed suicide along with his sister, Death. The second was made by War to lack compassion and performed excellently. Life appears as a burning flame with no smoke or fuel, as if alcohol were burning. It often covers a surface.
Followers of Life essentially believe "Live it up, no one gets out alive." They tend to be loud, mercurial, jovial, and aggressively so, but this often (though not always) simply hides the true pain and terror they feel. By some Irony, most often the traumatic loss of a loved one triggers this devotion. They Fight, but only in so much as they can escape as death is, itself a greater terror than they wish to face. Kindness means little to these worshipers, as their own being is of the greatest concern. They abhor death, however, and avoid it when possible. Life is aligned with the Circus of Chaos.
