I just was checking my e-mail real quick before I went to bed. I got this birthday reminder. Tomorrow would have been Alan's birthday. How could I forget. I miss that man so much. He was too young to die. Part of me wishes I didn't get that e-mail and the other part is glad because I don't want to forget. I can't believe I almost forgot. How did I almost forget? I don't know but now in addition to being hungry and exhausted I am depressed. Dang.
