Need a place for next year?
unhamburger, skeldof and I have finally found a lovely house, but it's a 4-bedroom place... so we're looking for a fourth housemate.
Location: Along Sturry road, in Canterbury. About 2 minutes walk to asda, 10m to sainsbury's, and 35-40m to UKC.
About the house: Mostly, the house is gorgeous. The kitchen is recently decorated, with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Bathroom is a little small, but is nicely decorated. All of the rooms are a decent size (an absolute novelty, we assure you). What was the master bedroom is a bit bigger, but we'll draw straws (or something) for rooms.
Rent: £275 per person, per month.
When: Typical student dates. Begins in July, with half-rent through the summer.
Notes
- Student status is not a necessity - in fact we'd prefer it if you're not, because then we can share the council tax joy.
- It's a no-smoking, no-pets house (boo).
