There's weed stench in my living room. >=( No more college friends are allowed at my house, not ever. Does anyone know how to get rid of the smell before somebody else comes in? -_-
Umm... hmm... I'm not so sure how the burning of aromatic candles will work as those more cover over the smell. Perhaps doing some cleaning with vinegar in the kitchen? Using a carpet cleaner (the dry sprinkly kind that you spread over the carpet, let sit for 20 minutes, then vaccuum) might help pick up some of the smell and also help cover it over. Opening a couple boxes of baking soda and secreting around the room might also have an effect of absorbing odors... that's one of its uses in the fridge.
Other than those suggestions, don't have any extra ideas. Its not something I've had to worry about much... Seeing as how the times I've been around such have been out in the woods and the wood smoke from the campfire sort of replaces and overpowers it somewhat.
And I do hope you're not partaking... While I don't consider it a bad item, its still smoking and that's just nasty and bad. Perhaps I'm just a little jumpy about it cause 1. I'm allergic to cig smoke (but actually not MJ smoke as badly) and so it makes me reluctant to visit family that smoke inside, and 2. my boss currently has lung cancer after many years of smoking, even though he quite a few years ago. And as I say... if I'm smoking, it means I'm really on fire and something should be done :P Ok, sorry to get off on that tangent, but anyways...
I think I've gotten rid of the smell pretty well. And I'm not partaking. I would choke and die. o.O; I asked my friends to not smoke on campus though, cause their usual spot is kind of in plain sight. >_< So they smoked in my house. And now it stinks.
