I figure it's about time...
I suppose I'll update considering it's been a couple of months. I don't really have a lot to comment on except that finals are fast approaching. I am developing a strong hatred for both physics and biochem. Memorizing all the reactions of glycolysis and the citic acid cycle, plus intermediates, plus mechanisms, plus enzymes and enzyme cofactors...not to mention C14 tracing...is not a whole lot of fun. Physics is just boring problem practice; having to do the same type of problem 8 times in a row can be draining.
I did see something funny on the Av Club website, though. The cheap toy roundup; the descriptions are what make it hillarious. However, if you've ever read the Onion, you already knew that. If you haven't seen it, you should go to www.avclub.com and check it out. There's also a good interview with Aaron McGruder, in the interviews section (duh). If you're a fan of The Boondocks, you should definitely check it out.
Hmmm...what else...Oh, I've recently discovered another weird Japanese product. It's this nose clip, to reshape your nose into a more pleasing shape. I suppose if you had a huge potato nose I could see the benefit of the product. Anyway, the product guaruntees to make you "the queen of nose beauty," so if you were worried about that before here is the answer to your problems. For you single guys, I have also discovered the gilfriend's lap pillow. It's basically a pillow in the shape of a pair of women's thighs (closed, of course) complete with a mini-skirt. Also, for you single girls, they also make a boyfriend's arm pillow. Not as funny, but still worth a mention.
