She knows that she needs more information, however, and after everything has gone back to Mayfield "normal", she's chosen to take a walk down the street to get a better idea of her brand new prison.]

[On the porch. WATCHING. In a conspicuous military uniform.]

[What the hell, she's being watched. Celes turns her head to the porch and assess the threat of the woman on the porch in the military uniform. She raises her eyebrows in silent question.]

[The look says: "You're not a drone, are you?"]

[lady_general]

[Celes puts her hands on her hips, ridiculous dress aside, her looks says, "Are you kidding me?"]

[wristsniper]

[And the returned smile is an invitation to coffee. Olivier stands, brushing her hands off on her uniform slacks.]

[lady_general]

[Celes walks up the little sidewalk with firm steps and a straight bearing.] Good afternoon.

[wristsniper]

[She extends a hand.] Major General Armstrong. Judging from the way you carry yourself, you're new; otherwise you'd know me.

[lady_general]

[It's taken and shaken firmly.] General Celes Chere. It's a pleasure.

And I'm unfortunately quite new. As is the man I woke up with.

A General? Higher ranked than I am, then.

You woke up with someone relatively new? The same happened to me.

[lady_general]

Well, I'm fairly certain it means as much here as it does on a deserted island. [She almost smiles again.]

I did, a man named Dias. Despite our... waking difficulties, he seems to be at least a man made of common sense. [And blue, blue hair.]

That explains a few things, more things. Like why she can't call frozen fury on the town. Well, a torch could just as easily get the work done as anything else.] Then I suppose it'd be in my best interest to pay attention.

That was partially the reason I'm out today. I am not usually for idle walks through the residential areas. [She settles down on a chair and inconspicuously smooths out her skirts. The fact that she's wearing them registers briefly as annoyance, before smoothing into something more pleasant.]
