[After all of the things Celes has witnessed in Mayfield, she's done a rather admirable job of keeping scarce. She knows that she needs more information, however, and after everything has gone back to Mayfield "normal", she's chosen to take a walk down the street to get a better idea of her brand new prison.]

Of all the... alien things. [Celes ( Read more... )

[Perhaps unsurprisingly, Dias has chosen to do much the same as Celes. And, since they apparently think alike, it's also not much of a surprise that they run into each other.] I didn't know you were out here.

I didn't know you'd left, either. [She puts her hands on her hips and raises her eyebrows] Have you seen anything worth noting? [Because she hasn't, and that bothers her.]

[Dias stares at the ship for a few long seconds. Then he stoops, picks up a small rock off the street, and hurls it at the ship. The rock bounces off with a small 'thunk' sound.

I don't know what is the point here. But I don't think it's comfort, no.

[A sigh, and she rolls her shoulders a bit.] It all just looks the same. If I didn't have a better sense of direction, it would feel like we were walking the past the same three houses.
