Your note on Saiyuki voice actors amused me, because I am so totally the same way on preferences. Though I don't mind English Sanzo, even if he does try to hit the Clint Eastwood thing too hard in Requiem.

While I love the Japanese voice actor's work as Kazuki in GetBackers, he's too often too piercing as Goku for me to enjoy. I unfortunately have a painful sensitivity to high-pitched sounds, so I'm at least as much "Urusai!" toward Goku as Sanzo is.
