Oy.
Well, here we are again.
Gosh, this day was a killer. Back to school after a three day weekend, learning new stuff in (surprise!) Chem and math, and getting buckets of homework. Which I just finished. But then, on top of it all, AUDITIONS for the damn musical are NEXT WEEK. And I don't have a song yet. I'm so nervous and worried about getting in at all...so, in conclusion I sort of feel like I'm collapsing, like a flan in a cupboard.
But to lighten myself a bit, the weekend was fun, in all of its three-day glory. Saturday I hung around, then went to the library book sale, and purchased several records and a lot of books, like a Spanish dictionary, a book by Freud, and a few plays. O) Also, I bought a cd by a group called the Meat Puppets. And as it turns out, they are half SCREAMSOYOUCAN'TUNDERSTANDMYVOICE and half country-ish. Very interesting, and pretty good. Woot. Then, later we went to my cousin's 21st birthday party, and that was fun too, seeing everyone. Also, we had a dance off and I won! I was extremely pleased with myself, even though I don't feel like I deserved it. Oh well.
Then, Sunday.....nothing. Homework.
And Monday! AWESOMENESS! Blake, Rob, Ashley, Corey, Maiya, Emmanuel, JP, NIcole, Matt, and I all went to Community Park to have a picnic in honor of MLK Jr. It was AMAZING fun. We played soccer and with a kite and hot lava monster and on the slide and hide and go seek in the not there structure. It was brilliant. Hot Lava Monster: FUNNEST GAME EVER. Yayyyyyy.
And back to now. Ehn. Maybe I just need something sweet.
