This week.
So, pretty eventful week...
Tuesday: AUDITIONS for Mouse That Roared. I used a monologue featuring a psychopathic dentist. Like in Little Shop of Horrors. woot. And it went pretty well! Katie and Ashley and the Dude auditioned too. And all got in!
Wednesday: NO SCHOOL. YAYNESS. I woke up late, then found an Ashley and went and saw Little Miss Sunshine. I know this is probably a bit late, but EVERYBODY GO SEE IT. Seriously. It doesn't look like much, but it is completly awesome. And thennnnn....I went to soccer practice, where we had an attractive British coach. Everyone on the team pretty adored every word he said, because of his accent. Heh.
Thursday: SCHOOL. Ugh. Anyway, I got a callback, for Rhianna (the female lead) and the President of the United States. Yayness! I was up against a bunch of good people though. Soo...
Friday: Didn't get either part. Instead got Page/US Soldier. I was actually quite upset about that. Jealousy reared its ugly head, and I was constantly thinking 'What does XXXXXX have that I don't? I think I'm much better than XXXXXX.' Which is completly idiotic, and I hate myself for doing it. But hell. I wanted to be the President. And then we had a rehersal until 6. So, tons of fun all around. But the play seems moderatly funny, so good.
Today: Went to the Coastal Clean Up! Last night I remembered that it was today, and so I woke up at nine, grabbed Ashley and my brother, and went to the State Park. It was really nice, actually. We didn't find much trash, but we did find a coffee mug, a ton of glass, and two giant boards, complete with rusty nails. Woooot. And also, it felt good to have been a part of it. Yay.
Pretty much right after that, I had another soccer game. And this time we won! And the score was about 8-0. Awesomeness.
And now...I am bored. Maybe I'll go...hug a giraffe.
