Mostly primeval but a little bit of Torchwood and Leverage
- I've almost finished my contribution to the Primeval - season 5 - subtitles team, two more parts to check over and it will be done.
This season has been really good, no, really, it has! And what's best... no-one dies, disappears or turns into a completely different person! XDDD
I'm not even going to talk about Nick/Claudia/Stephen/Jenny/etc... or maybe I am, but just to say that this show scares me to death when it comes to characters survival!!
When we saw (my sister and I) the end of episode 5 and Becker was nowhere to be seen we were almost sure they would say, in 5x06, that Becker was killed by one of the creatures!! And what is worst, Connor had disappeared through that MF anomaly!!! Becker AND Connor, that was a big NO!!
But then, we watched episode 6 and Abby and Matt went through the anomaly too to save him... We were biting our nails till they came back, and wishing for Matt to die if any of them had to, but we like Matt so... not so good either.
When they were safe it was time to worry about Becker, but it seemed like my sister and I were the only ones that caught on Becker disappearance and worried about it, cause he showed up with his team and nothing had happened. O_o
And when everything seemed to be working out just fine, those awful creatures appeared in the ARC where Jess and Lester were. Fear stroke again!! We love Jess so we didn't want her to die, but Lester has been there since the beginning... arggg. Somehow they survived the creatures attack and were alive (mostly) when the team arrived. But the girls were left alone and the creatures were around so we thought that one of them was bound to die (we were SURE someone was going to die before the season ended) and we hoped for Emily to go down first - which is awful cause we just got her back, but Abby is out of the question and Jess is too sweet and awesome to die, so yeah, sorry Emily.
Buttttttt, Becker appeared and saved the day.
And here is when we freaked out BIG TIME!! Cause, one moment Becker was saving the girls and the next he was with Matt and Connor in Connor's lab. We had to stop the freaking thing. So... at first Becker was nowhere to be seen and then this? How could he be in two places at the same time? That's when I remember that in this show there were copies!!
Yeah, we went there.
One of those Becker was a freaking evil copy!!! And it had to be Matt and Connor's Becker cause the other one was saving the girls! But you know what? It was all and editing problem cause Matt and Connor's Becker didn't do anything spooky and there was no talking about dopplegangers... Well, at least until the end of the episode when dirty!Matt talks with Matt, but he's coming from the future so not really a double, right?
And to our surprise NO ONE died!! There was even a moment where my sister said something like "I hope Danny comes back so he's the one dying saving the day", yep, poor Danny, but that's her for you XDDDD Like I said, we were sure SOMEONE was going to die, SOOOOO SURE!!
And now it's time to wait and see if there's going to be a sixth season, I really hope so, even though I know this show isn't THAT good I really enjoy it... There has to be a sixth season, Becker/Jess HAS to happen and I NEED more Abby/Connor!!!

- In a few days I'll start my new subtitle project!! Torchwood season 4!!!
The first episode have already been aired but there's a problem we have to solve before we start subtitulating... There's going to be two fucking versions of the episode!! Hold your breath Torchwood fans.
It's been said that Starz is going to edit its episode and delete every reference to old seasons, and BBC is going to delete NC-17 scenes... (Torchwood without sexual references? Not cool.)
So we have to wait and see if it's true and hope it's not. Fingers crossed!
- Ohh, and Leverage is on its third episode of season four! My sister and I got a few people in on the subtitle team so its coming along alright!
- I haven't forgotten about that introduction to new friends post, I'm working on it!!
