Yeah, when someone does a meme in this circle of persons, it's totally like a virus. And now I've caught it. Hooray.

Um, originally no. As in, my parents called me Jessica just because. Then I decided I wanted to be called Iris, after my great-grandmother. Little!Rissa was totally badass.

I'm sure I answered a question like this a few days ago... My mum thought I was being dishonest with her and it really affected me because I work so hard to be truthful with her and keep her trust. We're all good now of course, but that was the last time I cried one way or another.
3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING?
I hate my handwriting! It looks like it belongs to someone about ten years younger than me, ie. ten years old. I'm left-handed too, so if I'm writing with a pen that shit just smudges everywhere.

...Meaning meat that's been processed so much that its actual meat content is under 50 per cent? Seriously, it freaks me out. I'm pretty fussy with my meat. If salami counts as lunch meat I guess I'd say that, but yeah. Processed ham and stuff makes me want to vomit. :/

Yeah, I think I would. Obviously I'm not friend material for everyone out there (who is?) but I tend to have a lot of joie de vivre and interest in the world and so forth. I try to see the best before I see the worst and I'm usually pretty enthusiastic. In short, I'm fairly awesome. ;D And so modest, too!

Hello, I'm a Kiwi. We make it our job to hurl ourselves off anything higher than fifty feet, or failing that, hop inside a giant inflatable ball and roll down a hill for shits and giggles. That said, I've never been bungee jumping, but that's because of the price as opposed to the fear. I've been luging, mountain-boarding and have launched myself off some pretty intense flying-foxes, though. I'd be totally keen for a bungee jump...if someone else pays.
10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL?
I'm not a big cereal eater, unless I'm at Rosie's house. She has this nice vanilla almond clumpy stuff I'm pretty fond of.

I seldom wear lace-ups, TBH. In winter I wear boots, in summer I wear jandals. But when I do wear lace-ups I usually don't. I just undo them when I put 'em on.

Easy. Music, a million times, music. I listen to my iPod when I'm driving, walking, working, writing, Simming...whenever I can. I don't watch TV at all. As in, we don't even have a television in our house. We just have a projector screen, for the watching of movies. TV just pisses me off, especially because I can't stand ads.

Let me fill in the backstory briefly for you: from the age of six to the age of seventeen I was a part of Starmakers Performings Arts School, which is a very small drama school that puts on an annual show at the local theatre. I credit a lot of who I am now to my involvement with Starmakers, because it made me stretch myself and gave me a taste for performing. Maybe I wouldn't be a drummer now if I hadn't gone to Starmakers, who knows? I made a lot of awesome friends, and now whenever I think or talk about Starmakers I invariably make myself sad.

Well, it's 8:30 in the morning and I'm not dressed yet, so... I'm wearing pink, grey and black pinstriped pyjama bottoms and no shoes. Oh noes, have I been called out for hating on pink earlier? Well, it's a really, really pale pink which doesn't offend my senses. So there. Plus, it looks nice with the black and grey.

Usually an old T-shirt and pyjama bottoms. Although last night I actually wore pyjamas... I know, right? Weird.

Bread being baked and wood fires are both favourites of mine for winter. I love the smell of amelia flowers, jasmine and honeysuckle in summer, and I love the smell of old books year 'round.

Despite being a New Zealander, I farkin' hate rugby. However, I'm more than happy to watch cricket. This is in part because you can fall asleep or read during a cricket match and when you start paying attention to the game again, it actually makes sense. Also, cricket gets insanely intense when the scores are tight, like woah. It's crazy. xD

Both. Sometimes I get really annoyed by the textbook happy ending, and some of my favourite movies are ones that don't end in ways you expect; Once, for example.

Oh~ It's Tweety and Sylvester! Tweety is in a cage with an "ONOEZ" look on his face and sweat droplets radiating out from him, and Sylvester is lurking behind him being all "AHAAA~". I've had it since I was like...IDK...four? It is such a freaking good mouse pad. Some mouse pads slip or accumulate gunk and transfer it to your mouse, but this one just goes about its business without a fuss. It feels like an old friend now. :3

Yeah, about that I don't watch TV thing. However, my dad downloads things for us to watch on our screen, and last night we watched an adaption of one of Agatha Christie's books. Poirot is pretty much the man, TBH.

I also have a slightly creepy eye for remembering actors and actors' names, despite having less than zero interest in gossip or celebrities. A while back I watched a few episodes of the first season of 24, and there's a character called Nick or something? (24 fans: help me out here!) And I was like "THAT GUY. HE WAS A MUDDER IN THE JAYNE'S TOWN EPISODE OF FIREFLY AND HE JUMPED IN FRONT OF A BULLET FOR JAYNE."
Another time, I was watching some show with Rosie and went "HEY, HE'S THE NASTY CAPTAIN WHO SHOT MAL IN OUT OF GAS." It's not just Firefly I can recognise, though; they just happen to be the most convenient examples. When I say HP7, in the opening scene, my first thought was 'Hmm, those look like Bill Nighy's eyes..." then it zoomed out and I LOL'd.
Oh yeah, and I have epic skills at shuffling things around in the fridge until they all fit, but I can't pack a suitcase. Huh.
